In this session, we are going to discuss some of the finer points of this program.

In today’s training session we will be focusing on fat burning and athletic based movements – more specifically, boxing conditioning.

In this workout we’re going to concentrate on muscle building/toning  as well as strengthening as our primary objectives.

This topic continues to be discussed heavily in the fitness and athletic community. How much protein do I need to enhance my muscle growth? How much protein do I need to keep my muscle while attempting to drop unwanted body fat?

These are valid questions. The answers, however, are not always cut and dry.
